These interviews were part of a Telesummit called The Dance of Surrender.  I'm making them available so that the many nuggets of wisdom contained within may ​help more people to stop struggling against unknown forces and variables in order to focus on what they are passionate about with abundant concentration and energy.
 In these interviews on the convergence of Surrender and Flow, experts share loads of insider tips on how to let go and get into a flow state that will allow you to focus all your energy on the task in front of you so you can be way more productive and present, releasing feelings of daily overwhelm.

INTERVIEW C WILSON MELONCELLI
Wilson has an amazing way of making dense concepts seem extremely simple.  For example he says we need to find a balance between tension and relaxation to be in a state of flow and he uses the analogy of turning on the shower and making sure you have enough hot water and enough cold water so that the temperature is perfect.  Learn how 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes at night can bring you more easily and frequently into the Flow.  ​
