Tantric PujaPOWER –
|
This Puja will be dedicated to exploring power. When I feel powerless, my response to almost any stimuli will be violent. Power is not about control, it's about connection. True power according to Tantra is the ability to create something new...and it only originates from the center of consciousness. Our time together will offer a body felt sense of power and reframe how you engage in relationships that you've perceived to have a specific power dynamic.

Please arrive at the Holistic Alignment Healing Center between 12:40-12:55 so we can be ready to begin at 1. Bring a water bottle, a mug if you'd like tea (you can also bring your favorite teas to share!), comfy clothes for movement and an item for the altar if you'd like.

Tantric Body Painting
As adults we often forget to play...this is an invitation to allow creativity, play, colors, movement, connection and sensuality to emerge.
Join us from 6-8 pm on February 16th to let your body give and receive conscious touch that is sparked by a desire to create beauty. We will begin with a somatic warm up to bring us all into a resonant presence, ground into a safe, consent based container and then play. No worries if you come alone...some people may be in groups of 2 and some may be more...no one will be left out :)

Please arrive by 5:50 to settle in to the space. Bring a water bottle, comfy oldish clothes and any items that will make you comfortable to paint or be painted - fun clothes, a pillow with an old pillow case (all paints are water based but still have the possibility to stain).

Tantric Meditation Group
Tantra is an embodied spirituality practice. Dropping into a contemplation that connects body and spirit as a group can be a very powerful way to attune to your authentic self. The guided meditations will awaken cellular consciousness and offer a focal point that diminishes mental chatter.

For now these gatherings will be bi-weekly – Every 1st & 3rd Friday of the month from 7:30-8:15 am at 410 High Street, Portsmouth. {please note I will be away for March 21st and so we will skip that week}
