Tantric PujaPuja on Sunday June 29th 3-5 pm

This month we’ll focus on the art of being in relationship as we come together in a new way to foster our growing Tantra community ♥
Yielding is one of the most fundamental neurocellular patterns in our body-mind complex. Many people have lost the felt sense of dropping into a state of yielding, which is exquisitely intimate and invites a deeper connection with that which you’re yielding into – self, the earth, another person, divine stillness. We’ll explore these from lenses of Body-Mind Centering and Contact Improvisation and sense into the possibility of yielding into all 4 simultaneously.
We’ll gather in nature for a 2 hour puja followed by time for cuddling and a potluck (around a fire!) …we’ll see how the flow is as the evening unfolds. For those who would like to stay over there are amazing camping spots down by a creek (I’ll be staying in one and we can cold dip in the morning!) and also more in a cozy field.
This is a rustic nature retreat…please be aware that all toilets are dry composting toilets. We will have sanitizers in several places and there will also be running water to wash hands but there are no showers. I will have a small camp stove to make hot water for tea.
Please bring your own mug for tea, a favorite tea, a yummy dish to share, your own plate/bowl and utensils (we will not have extras or disposables), snacks, a blanket to put on the ground (I will bring a couple but it’s best if everyone has their own to be cozy on the ground), natural bug spray (if you need to use deet I ask please go far away from everyone else to put it on…and I know I and many people are very sensitive to this and so prefer natural – I will also bring some with me and have it available) A few days before the puja I’ll send out an email with more details.
♥ Accepting a love exchange of $60 per person via venmo @Jodi-Thomas-51 for this puja as there is a lot more logistical support required and camping is included for those who choose to stay overnight.
This puja has a maximum capacity of 20 people. Please sign up with me as soon as you can…the very last day to sign up is on June 28th by noon.

A lot of erotic energy, which is spiritual and sexual, is captured in social paradigms that simply don’t encompass the wholeness of who we are as humans. These belief systems create shame and jealousy and more that are based on shadows that we are not even conscious are behaving us.

Tantric Body Painting
As adults we often forget to play...this is an invitation to allow creativity, play, colors, movement, connection and sensuality to emerge.
Join us from 6-8 pm on February 16th to let your body give and receive conscious touch that is sparked by a desire to create beauty. We will begin with a somatic warm up to bring us all into a resonant presence, ground into a safe, consent based container and then play. No worries if you come alone...some people may be in groups of 2 and some may be more...no one will be left out :)

Please arrive by 5:50 to settle in to the space. Bring a water bottle, comfy oldish clothes and any items that will make you comfortable to paint or be painted - fun clothes, a pillow with an old pillow case (all paints are water based but still have the possibility to stain).

Tantric Meditation Group
Tantra is an embodied spirituality practice. Dropping into a contemplation that connects body and spirit as a group can be a very powerful way to attune to your authentic self. The guided meditations will awaken cellular consciousness and offer a focal point that diminishes mental chatter.
