Step into a space where presence becomes play, and movement becomes meditation.
Tantra, as embodied spirituality, invites us to infuse every breath, every touch, every moment with deeper awareness, joy, and sensual aliveness. In this immersive experience, we weave the fluid, intuitive language of Contact Improv with the heart-opening practices of Tantra—meeting in the body, through the senses, in the now. Both traditions celebrate curiosity, connection, and the wisdom of the body. Together, they become a dance of intimacy with self, other, and life itself.
This event offers 5 sections:
1) Inner somatic focus...awaken intimacy with self
2) Small group somatic explorations & puja...awaken intimacy with others & the divine
3) Snack Break...nourish & connect
4) Contact Improv Blindfolded Jam...awaken cellular consciousness
5) Erotic playpen...awaken curiosity & pleasure
This is an erotic non-sexual space. During our erotic playpen clothes must stay on and direct genital touch is not welcome.
Our last hour together will be open playtime {with options for folks who feel less comfortable with boldly asking for what they desire} We'll have two areas you can move freely between. In one area movement will be the focus. In the other cuddling, massage, pleasure palace {many different toys that offer sensual stimulation will be provided} will be welcomed. This sacred container will be woven with boundaries and intentions that allow an expansive and authentic curiosity to guide your evening.
Develop the capacity to attune to authentic pleasure in your body…it’s often not what you think. This opens portals to intimacy, joy and bliss grounded in curiosity and in alignment with your essence.

I'll be collaborating with Brynn Bishop in this all day event to drop in deeper. First Brynn will facilitate Empowered Relating: An Embodied Inquiry into Clarity, Integrity & Agency. We'll have a two hour break for dinner and to socialize. Then I will guide Presence, Play, Pleasure.

Sacred Butt Plug Magic

Details
This month we’ll focus on Surrender...presence to what is happening...releasing the armored resistance that has built up and inhibited your ability to flow. When your definitions of who you are and who you aren't harden, life becomes very limited. The only way to experience true freedom is through engaging innocently and authentically with each unfolding experience.
Please bring your own mug for tea, a favorite tea, a blanket to put on the ground (I will bring a couple but it’s best if everyone has their own to be cozy on the ground), natural bug spray (please do not bring or use deet... many people are very sensitive to this and so prefer natural – I will also bring some with me and have it available)
A few days before the puja I’ll send out an email with more details, including the address.
We will be in Alfred Maine in a friends beautiful backyard. Our facilitated Tantric Circle will be from 4-6 pm and then we have a luxurious amount of time for a potluck, a cuddle and anyone who would like to camp overnight is welcome.

Join us from 6-8 pm on February 16th to let your body give and receive conscious touch that is sparked by a desire to create beauty. We will begin with a somatic warm up to bring us all into a resonant presence, ground into a safe, consent based container and then play. No worries if you come alone...some people may be in groups of 2 and some may be more...no one will be left out :)

Tantra is an embodied spirituality practice. Dropping into a contemplation that connects body and spirit as a group can be a very powerful way to attune to your authentic self. The guided meditations will awaken cellular consciousness and offer a focal point that diminishes mental chatter.
