Embody Your Pelvis
a 4 week somatic movement series on Sundays from 10-11:30 am {March 30th, April, 6th, 13th, 27th}
You can sign up for the entire series for a lower rate or drop in. There will be slow somatic explorations, embodied movement, experiential anatomy and upbeat fun latin dancing. This is an opportunity to deepen any yoga or exercise practice you have, loosen chronic tightness in your hips and awaken the cellular consciousness in your first and second chakras.

Power Yoga
Power is more than our ability for brute force. It is related to the capacity and flow of energy in our body and the way the structures (muscles, fascia, ligaments, organs, nervous system, glands) are collaborating as a community. In this hour together, we'll engage our breath, bring awareness to how our muscles are supported by each other and other parts of the anatomy and awaken our energy centers. If you want to feel empowered in your body, this exploration will take you to the next level.
