Be Whole. Be Home: Creating Sustainable Well-Being Online Group Sessions

 ​In this human form we invariably feel incomplete, neglecting the convolutedness of this experience as we search desperately to feel at home.  To return to our true essence we need to bring awareness to what it means to be a human and acknowledge all needs, feelings, pieces of ourselves that we have disowned, ignored or forgotten about.  Join me on this 2 part journey to connecting with your WHOLE self.

You Will:
  • Understand why seeking connection through one special relationship ameliorates feelings of separation but is just obscuring the deeper wound of original separation.
  • Get back into your body, using it as a means to access subconscious beliefs and reeducating the body to vibrate in a state of home no matter what events are taking place around you…developing a homeostasis of peace
  • Ask Who Am I …and listen
  • Recognize all the fragments of yourself that you compartmentalize with very specific labels
  • Familiarize yourself with different paradigms of wholeness
  • Become aware of what style you use to feel connected, seeking to meet an essential human need but always falling short
  • Shine a light on how dichotomies and polarities keep us stuck in a box of isolation    
  • Reintegrate your fragmented self through cultivating a more holistic view of who you truly are
  • Develop an understanding of how early life events have conditioned your responses to daily life and determined your level of trust.
  • Open yourself to connection with all that is as the basis for your wholeness.
  • Practice nurturing your true nature in order to replace habitual/learned ways of thinking and behaving.
  • Fill your heart more everyday with unconditional Universal love, cultivating trust once again in yourself and the Universe.
  • Blossom into the support of a small community with like-minded goals.

  • 1 hour online group session a week for 10 weeks

INTERVIEW C WILSON MELONCELLI
Wilson has an amazing way of making dense concepts seem extremely simple.  For example he says we need to find a balance between tension and relaxation to be in a state of flow and he uses the analogy of turning on the shower and making sure you have enough hot water and enough cold water so that the temperature is perfect.  Learn how 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes at night can bring you more easily and frequently into the Flow.  ​
