I spent a large part of my life doubting my capacities, skill and value. There was a struggle happening between who I thought I should be and who I am. So I overrode my authentic expression and based decisions on my refined intellect.
A severe digestive illness led me to a myriad of body-based healing modalities that ignited my fascination with how our body - spirit is one unified field. My passion for Contact Improvisation Dance and Tantra offered me personal experience with a paradigm of love and intimacy where commitment and freedom are congruent.
Now, I’m inspired to show up in every moment by engaging in the dance between spirit and matter with loving acceptance. My focus is on inviting you to lean into what is with curiosity, presence and compassion. The inner knowing that emerges facilitates a bountiful, vibrant and connected life.
My immersion in the jungles and oceans of Costa Rica for eleven years infused my being with Gaia’s nurturing & erotic energy. To compliment that wild spirit, I've studied Environmental Governance (Msc), Yoga at Kripalu (YTT), Body-Mind Centering® (soon to become a BMC® Somatic Movement Educator), Stillness Touch (with Charles Ridley), Himalayan & Kashmiri Tantra, Somatic Sex Education, Shadow Alchemy (4 month intensive academy), Embodied Ethics (The Institute for Erotic Intelligence), Biodecoding®, Bach Flower Remedies, organic gardening, Thai Yoga Massage (at Lotus Palm in Montreal), Reiki and Contact Improvisation. I also worked as the Wellness Center Coordinator at Pura Vide Spa in Costa Rica where I received and was surrounded by a very wide range of alternative therapies.
