For over a decade, I lived immersed in the wild landscapes of Costa Rica—its lush jungles and vibrant oceans awakening in me a deep connection to Gaia’s nurturing and erotic life force. Rooted in this intimacy with the Earth, my path weaves together somatic wisdom, sacred sexuality, and holistic healing.
My work is informed by a diverse and integrative background, including a Master's in Environmental Governance, Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu, a Somatic Movement Educator certification in Body-Mind Centering® and a deep dive into Stillness Touch with Charles Ridley. I’ve also trained in Himalayan and Kashmiri Tantra, Somatic Sex Education, Shadow Alchemy, Embodied Ethics (Institute for Erotic Intelligence), Biodecoding®, Bach Flower Remedies, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Contact Improvisation, and organic gardening.
