Women's Tantric Playground September 8th

This months Tantric Playground will take place on sacred private land in Gray Maine {thelandkindred.com}
*Our focus will be on embodying spirit & playing*
We will
*embody the ovaries and circulate their energy with breath and movement
*explore Contact Improvisation Dance warm ups related to weight bearing (also as a metaphor of how we don't like to share our weight with other women or receive the weight of other women)
*freeform dance with a Latin music background
*walk mindfully to the vibrant brook, light a fire and discover body painting as a fun, beautiful artform (clothing will be optional and each woman is invited to check in with her comfort level at the moment). Dipping in the brook will be optional also and there is an outdoor shower if you'd prefer to rinse off there.
PLEASE BRING
*old towels {paint is water based but more vibrant colors could stain}
*paint brushes if you have a couple around
*water bottle
*warm clothes
*a sarong
*a snack if you think you may need it
*camping items if you'd like to stay {Nicole has opened up the option of women to stay and camp out overnight after the Tantric Playground by the beautiful brook. You can speak with her upon arrival and it will be $25 to spend the night}

*NOTE: those who are in the Portsmouth area I'm happy to coordinate carpooling. There is a Portsmouth Community Dance in the morning if folks want to attend that before and bring or get lunch in between. Please let me know if you're traveling (it's about an hour drive).

Why would I trust my femininity if I'm led to believe it's weak, not valuable and unpredictable?
Rather than trying to fix or control my natural essence, what if I reframed these as receptive, nurturing and spontaneous?
Our true source of power is connection to life-force energy, which can be erotic, uncomfortable, overwhelming and pleasurable all at the same time.
This is an invitation to connect to your inner compass and cultivate presence amidst uncertainty.
Rather than trying to fix or control my natural essence, what if I reframed these as receptive, nurturing and spontaneous?
Our true source of power is connection to life-force energy, which can be erotic, uncomfortable, overwhelming and pleasurable all at the same time.
This is an invitation to connect to your inner compass and cultivate presence amidst uncertainty.
Many women have disconnected from their most essential compass – the body. Without conscious access to your spontaneously orchestrated path, cellular consciousness provides real time navigation that suffuses your movement with wholeness. This is what Surrender in Motion is about - letting go of pre-conceived notions of “just right” and being fully present to the emergence of love. When you engage with life from a place of union of body and spirit, everything harmonizes naturally and you allow your movements to emerge from the center.
When we get pulled towards the magic of transcendence, we lose the play inherently sparked by being in a body. When we immerse too fully in the “reality” of form, we disconnect from the true source of our movement. In this community we'll explore the third path, a spiritually embodied path – where “just right” emerges from the unknown and is received into a playfully surrendered and curious exploration of being human. Opening to the mystery of existence is an act of surrender that we'll step into together as a community. We'll play, share authentically, become intimately familiar with our female bodies and be present to what is, just as it is.
Some of the ways we'll do that:
Daily Embodiment Practice – cultivate an intimate relationship with a specific area of the body each month. I’ll send out a 5-10 minute video 5 days a week to awaken the cellular consciousness there. {September we’ll focus on the lungs & how they transform air into a nutrient essential for our vitality and connection to spirit}
Monthly Shadow Alchemy – we’ll meet virtually half way through the month to attune to shadows related to our sexuality. Then, those who want to dive deeper will be connected with a partner with whom they can co-create an experiment to go further into the spiral (I’m happy to offer support here as well).
Monthly Tantric Playground – Those who are within an hour of Portsmouth, NH will meet in person towards the end of each month. This will include explorations in pleasure, intimacy, touch, boundaries, heart-centered relationship, play, sensuality, etc.
Community Chat on Whatsapp – There will be a lot of wisdom in this group of women. If you’re curious about something or simply need a little extra support one day, this platform will allow a flow of engagement throughout the month. I’ll also post questions or encouragements every once and a while.
