Cacao, Move, Vision: A Women's Journey into 2025
This is a women's gathering to surrender and allow the body's wisdom to emerge and become conscious. We'll drop into dynamic stillness in a cacao ceremony. Then we'll explore meditation in motion with Authentic Movement and allow that to spark an inner flame that unveils a vision for flowing with ease and love into 2025.
Please bring a canvas (could be anything, maybe even round or natural background), art supplies (I'll provide several like pastels, colored pencils, body paint). We'll co-create the details together and allow the blossoming of the dance between form and formless to guide us.
We'll gather on December 29th from 12-2:30 pm at the Holistic Alignment Wellness Center {22 Interstate Drive, Somersworth, NH 03878}.

Women's Tantric Playground
This is an invitation for women to come together and delve into intimacy, play and erotic expression in community. Our next playground will take place on November 10th from 2-4:30 in Somersworth.
The Primal Body
contains a lot of our unconscious patterns that prevent us from choosing and feeling authentic pleasure.
In this Playground we’ll develop experiments in pleasure that bring these conditioned responses to our awareness with the simple intention of seeing ourselves more fully with tenderness. These may include accessing the primal body through awakening and heightening our ability to sense – proprioception and blind-folded movement, play & touch - a return to innocence and vulnerability in engaging with others, and embodying our fluids that allow emotions and actions to flow easefully.
We’ll hold the inquiry: Does attuning to erotic life force energy allow me to move, receive and perceive my reality differently?

This is an invitation to trust your experience of dwelling in a body that's dynamic and mysterious. Together, we'll pose questions that deepen our experience of what the inner marriage of body and spirit truly is and what it means to be in an open inquiry with this dance.

Cellular consciousness provides real time navigation that suffuses your movement with wholeness and love. When we get pulled towards the magic of transcendence, we lose the play inherently sparked by being in a body. When we immerse too fully in the “reality” of form, we disconnect from the true source of our movement. In this community we'll explore the third path, a spiritually embodied path – where “just right” emerges from the unknown and is received into a playfully surrendered and curious exploration of being human. Opening to the mystery of existence is an act of surrender that we'll step into together as a community. We'll play, share authentically, become intimately familiar with our female bodies and be present to what is, just as it is.
Some of the ways we'll do that:
Daily Embodiment Practice – cultivate an intimate relationship with a specific area of the body each month. I’ll send out a 10ish minute video 3 days a week to awaken the cellular consciousness there. {October we'll focus on the digestive system & do a liver cleanse together - paying attention to how we metabolize much more than food through this system}
Monthly Shadow Alchemy – we’ll meet virtually half way through the month to attune to shadows related to our sexuality. Then, those who want to dive deeper will be connected with a partner with whom they can co-create an experiment to go further into the spiral (I’m happy to offer support here as well).
Monthly Tantric Playground – Those who are within an hour of Portsmouth, NH will meet in person towards the end of each month. This will include explorations in pleasure, intimacy, touch, boundaries, heart-centered relationship, play, sensuality, etc.
Community Chat on Whatsapp – There will be a lot of wisdom in this group of women. If you’re curious about something or simply need a little extra support one day, this platform will allow a flow of engagement throughout the month. I’ll also post questions or encouragements every once and a while.

"I attended a women's tantric playground event which was a sensual touch focused evening. The group ended up being five women with varying levels of openness toward touch. It was incredibly educational for me and transformative because I had to spend time thinking about touch or lack of touch in my day-to-day life. I found this incredibly opening for me to start discussions with my friends and family around touch. In my own past I have found touch to often be transactional. In relationships, touch was always tied to sex or there was an financial exchange with someone to touch my body in a medical or therapeutic setting. I found it incredibly liberating to be able to ask for, offer, and to receive touch all in one evening I look forward to more opportunities to work with Jodi in future workshops and to learn more about openness toward touch in my life."
